The Lenovo IdeaPad YOGA 13-inch, 360 degree flip and fold Ultrabook

Lenovo has confirmed an October release date for its IdeaPad YOGA 13-inch, 360° flip and fold Ultrabook that was shown at CES in January and IFA 2012 last month. It will be joined by another three Windows 8 devices to create a new convertible product family. A smaller 11-inch YOGA and an 11.6-inch tablet named the IdeaTab Lynx will be released later this year, while the business-oriented ThinkPad Twist Ultrabook will appear around the same time as the pack leader.  Read More

Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1

Lenovo has announced the launch of two Android-based 10.1-inch tablets - Lenovo IdeaPad Tablet K1 and Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet. The first is an entertainment and multimedia-oriented, Netflix-certified device, while the ThinkPad Tablet is tailored for the business market. Both devices are powered by dual-core 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processors and run Android 3.1 OS. Lenovo will introduce the tablets to the US market in August.  Read More

Lenovo has unveiled its IdeaPad U1 Hybrid tablet/laptop system at CES 2011

Can’t decide between a laptop and a tablet? According to the folks at Lenovo, you soon won’t have to. On the eve of CES 2011 at a press event in Las Vegas, company reps were on hand to present the updated and ready-for-sale IdeaPad U1 Hybrid, which combines a Windows-running laptop with an Android 2.2-running LePad tablet. In laptop mode, the LePad serves as the screen for the laptop. If you want to do some tablet computing, however, you just pull the LePad off and use it on its own.
