A micro that needs more room than a SUV to open it's doors. Looks neat but a ridiculous design element! Interesting concept otherwise.

I don't see the door as a problem, the lack of wheel travel may be more of an issue.

That said its a concept car... IE pointless waste of time and money.

Why don't companies actually make radically new cars instead of designing them and patting themselves on the back.

Yeah I do see the doors - and their FULL width opening as a problem, although it gives clear(er) views of the interior - it does not synch well with a crowded car park at a super market.

Tho to be fair the doors do swing upwards away from ones exiting legs, so it has to be easier to get out of - and even in a crammed car park.

I suppose it could always be used as a re-entry vehicle from the space station - you know instant air brakes, and if they spun a bit - it could become a glider.

All jesting aside, if the doors didn't look like Prince Charles, and they opened up like a slide up or rotated up and forward vertically or similar, it would be a great car.

Dont worry about the doors, will be replaced by wings on the microplane design, is what i will do if bought on on the next 20 years

And when the mechanism that holds the door suspended in its near orbital space....breaks and the door unexpectedly closes? first we call the lawyers, then the doctors....

Seriously, look at the inovation some non-"professionals" have done and actually put into real steel etcetcetc and licensed and driven and maintained and.....you can see why a large number of joe 6pax types are justified in laughing at the elite.
