When Apple surprised us with a refreshed 4th-generation iPad, many customers grumbled. After all, it was only seven months after the company launched the last iPad. Now that the updated iPad is here, is there any reason to upgrade, or is it best to hold out for something bigger? We'll try to answer that question in our iPad 4 review.
