Apple has announced the next generation of the MacBook Pro. The new machine packs a 15.4 inch "Retina display" which promises improved viewing angles, reduced glare, and a resolution of 2880 x 1800: four times greater than the previous MacBook Pro. Along with the impressive new display, the latest MacBook Pros come with new performance options, such as NVIDIA's Kepler GT650m graphics card, and refreshed Intel quad core i7 processor. LaCie has finally joined the Thunderbolt club with the release of its Little Big Disk Thunderbolt Series. Announced earlier this year, the Little Big Disk Thunderbolt is available in 1 TB (7200RPM) and 2 TB (5400 RPM) HDD configurations at a price of US$399 and $499 respectively.
