Floating sauna to be launched in Seattle

Saunas are traditionally places to relax and few things can be as relaxing as floating peacefully on the surface of a lake. Architecture firm goCstudio is planning to launch a floating sauna on Lake Washington, Seattle, later this year. Sauna Box turns an old shipping container into a self-contained steam room

Being trapped inside a leaky shipping container on a hot day would probably give a fair approximation of being in a sauna, but thankfully Canadian-based design studio Castor provides something a bit more refined with its Sauna Box.
