HP has boosted its range of laptops quite substantially, with its largest single introduction of AMD-powered notebook PCs to date. Fourteen new machines are on offer in total, pitched towards both business customers and home users. All of the models in HP’s new notebook range include updated AMD multicore processors. In addition to retaining a history of the information it has acquired making it useful for memory storage devices, the team has found it can perform logic, that could change the way computer systems are designed and enable faster more efficient computers "that would compute like human brains." Anyone looking at getting a HP xw9400 Workstation has a couple of extra processor options to consider with the company announcing the high-end workstations are now being offered with the Six-Core AMD Opteron 2400 Series processor.
