Already one the world's fastest cars, the Koenigsegg Agera R has been reworked for the 2013 model year, raising peak horsepower from 1115 to 1140 bhp, giving it a top speed of 440 km/h (273.4 mph) - Koenigsegg intends to prove it sometime soon. The 5 litre V8 bi-turbo engine is the lightest and most compact hypercar engine in the world, and produces 1100 hp on E85 bio fuel with peak torque of 1200 Nm spread over over a 3300 rpm rev range.
