EyeFly 3D screen protector film adds an extra dimension to your mobile device
The EyeFly 3D screen protector film, brought to consumers by Nanovue, promises to turn regular screens in mobile devices into glasses-free 3D displays. The product, originally nano-engineered by the Temasek Polytechnic (TP) and A*STAR’s Institute of Materials Research and Engineering’s (IMRE) in Singapore, is not the first of its kind of the market, but Nanovue claims it offers considerable advantages over competitors. Sony has filed a US patent for 3D glasses that can be used with any 3D TV set. The glasses use a variety of downloadable software and interchangeable modules that hold out the promise of cheaper 3D glasses that aren't tied to a single receiver model. Read More

China's Hisense arrived at CES 2013 with a brand new line of Ultra-LED (U-LED) XT900 televisions, which will be available in 65-, 84-, and 110-inch sizes. The company's XT900 line boasts an impressive 3,840 x 2,160 pixel resolution along with 120 Hz panels allowing for an active shutter 3D picture. LG's 3D smart TVs to include even more popular gaming apps
Families will have even more games to play on their LG CINEMA 3D Smart TV, which LG will be demonstrating at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2013). The new additions follow the company's launch of gaming apps in July. Some of the games will take advantage of its 3D capabilities with a Dual Play feature that gives two players their own full-screen view of the action, unlike traditional split-screen modes.
