Palm Pre

After months of speculation from the blogosphere, Sprint has confirmed the June 6 release of the Palm Pre handset we got all hot and bothered about back in February.

The price? $199.99 on a two-year contract - after the all-too-common $100 rebate. Also available on June 6 is the Touchstone charging kit, which uses magnetic induction to wirelessly charge your Pre, for $69.99.

The Palm Pre will be available from Sprint, Best Buy, Radio Shack and select Wal-Mart stores.
