The self-sustaining city of the future

This is a great article and sounds a lot like Dongtan in China. Dongtan is designed to be a ultra-low emission city to include grey water recycling, PV and wind power generation, green roofs, as well as extensive recycling.

The city also excludes all vehicles that produce C02.
