Designed by Sam Hecht, the LaCie 320GB Little Disk 2.5 features an integrated, extractable hi-speed USB 2.0 cable and two FireWire ports.

Apart from the extractable (and therefore unloseable) cable which gives you one less thing to remember when on the road, the device features AES 128-bit encryption (Windows only) and incorporates a shortcut button to launch the bundled "1-Click" Backup Software (Windows/Mac) or LaCieSync.

The portable, 320GB Little Disk cost around USD$260. The model also comes in 120, 160 and 250GB flavors. See the LaCie site for more info.
