Technology at the Le Paradis Beach, Golf & Marina Resort will help keep tabs on second homes while residents are away
All kinds of surveillance gear is available these days, from nanny cams to people and vehicle tracking devices and remote access cameras such as those included in properties at the Le Paradis Beach resort. "Condo cam" is just one of the many “technomenities” on offer at development, other devices include automated air conditioning, window drapes, audio visual controls and lighting that can be controlled from either a panel in-house or remotely via the internet, to security, meter and fire alarm systems that can be monitored with local and remote signaling.
The added security measures mean that residents don’t need to be worrying about their home away from home when they’re not there. They can even water house plants or monitor the water level of their swimming pool via satellite. “The smart technology at Le Paradis makes it easy for residents to monitor their condo with the click of a button, no matter where in the world they are,” said Kierron Dolby, Managing Director of DCG Properties, developer of the Le Paradis Beach, Golf & Marina Resort.
Nestled on 554-acres in Praslin Bay, the Le Paradis is an ultra-exclusive, multi-phased luxury residential resort.
Residential releases start from below US $500,000 to $1.3 million with future releases encompassing villas, penthouses, marina homes, slips which will be valued to US $4 million.
