We said we weren’t going to run any more iPod docking stations but rules were made to be broken and this docking station is outrageous – it’s a full-on one metre tall JukeBox with LED lighting and an 80 Watt stereo amplifier. The wooden enclosure uses a six-inch subwoofer, two magnetically shielded tweeters, and two mid-range drivers and comes with an IR remote to control audio volume and iPod functions from across the room. It’s even possible to connect up your television and display images and video from your iPod. The JukeBox Station will be available from PacificRim in October at US$700.
