Aston Martin has revealed details of its all-new DBR9 that will spearhead the marque's return to international motor racing in 2005. Based on the Aston Martin DB9, a limited number of DBR9 racing cars will be made available to selected customers and three works teams will use the cars in sports car events such as the Le Mans 24 Hour. The DBR9 engine promises to be very powerful, based on the DB9's 48-valve, 6.0-litre V12 engine.
