October 27, 2008 In part created by renowned loudspeaker designer Phil Jones, the S2000V from Canadian based audio specialist Edifier International boasts a total power output of 80 Watts RMS with a newly developed 5.5” subwoofer with HSCC (high strength cotton composite) cone designed to deliver impressive bass and mid range performance.

Finished in black piano, the 2.0 system includes a wired aluminum volume controller that promises precise control over settings, while bass and treble controls are located at the rear of the active speaker.

Designed to fit the bill as a home audio or premium desktop speaker system, the S2000V has recently reached Australian shores at a cost of around AUD$800.
